Christopher Goeke Leadership Foundation Memorial Ultimate Frisbee Tournament  

May 28 - 29, 2011

The Chris Goeke Memorial will be taking place on Memorial Day weekend, May 28-29, 2011, hosted by Apple Valley High School and the Chris Goeke Memorial Foundation. We're excited to welcome you for a warm (fingers crossed) weekend of Ultimate! We have field space for up to 10 Open teams. The tournament will take place at the Johnny Cake Soccer Complex in Apple Valley, MN.

The tournament fee is $235 per team. Some amenities include:

• Full-sized, fully lined fields and endzones
• Scoreboards and scorekeepers at every field
• Concessions (Starbucks, sandwiches, candy, etc.) and tourney shirts for sale
• On-site, indoor bathrooms
• Playground for young siblings or enterprising/agile adults
• Lunch packages for teams - $4/player includes a sandwich, chips, fruit and a dessert
• Field adjacent to the action supplied with discs for spectators/family
• Hand carved wooden disc for the tourney champions, carved by Chris' father Randy
• A perfect chance for your team to tune up before the state tournament

We will be accepting 10 Open teams. Bids must be received by May 2. Teams will be notified by May 5 via the contact email listed on the form.

As with all outdoor events, the Chris Goeke Memorial can be altered/canceled due to weather. The final decision is left to the city of Apple Valley representative and the TD. In the unfortunate event of cancellation, we will be unable to provide refunds.
